This policy explains what data the Metalworker mobile app processes, why, and how you can control it. By installing and using the app, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Who we are
The developer of the app and the controller of personal data is FOP Solovko Ihor Petrovych (ФОП Соловко Ігор Петрович), address: vul. Pasichna 62A. Lviv, 79038, Lvivska obl. ,Ukraine, email: [email protected]. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and, where applicable, the GDPR.
2. What data we collect
The app does not collect, store on servers, or share with third parties any personal data. Everything you enter in the app is stored only on your device.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide the app’s features, respond to requests, fix bugs and keep the app stable. We do not sell your data and do not use it for personalised advertising.
4. Third-party services
The app is distributed through Google Play and the App Store. Data processed by these platforms is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy. The app does not use any other third-party services.
5. App permissions
The app does not request any special permissions.
6. Retention and deletion
Data stored on the device is deleted together with the app. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, but no longer than period 6 months. To delete your data, write to [email protected].
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data of yours we process, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
A new version of the policy is published on this page with an updated effective date. The current version is effective as of .
